Requirements
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience (HR diploma or in progress is a bonus!)
2–4 years of recruiting experience—you know your stuff!
Proven track record of building proactive sourcing strategies that deliver results.
Tech-savvy and social media smart—bonus points for ATS experience.
Confident negotiator with experience in salary discussions.
Team player with strong collaboration skills and a can-do attitude.
Quick thinker with a knack for creative problem-solving.
Able to juggle multiple roles and priorities like a pro.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with ATS tools.
Stellar communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
