Responsibilities
Own end to end campus and early careers hiring for technology roles
Partner closely with business leaders to forecast annual hiring demand
Build and sustain strong relationships with universities and student organizations
Design and execute innovative campus attraction initiatives
Manage assessments, technical interviews, and final selection processes
Contribute to the design and structuring of future ready internship programs
Ensure seamless delivery across offer management, pre-boarding, onboarding, and background verification
Track hiring progress throughout the season and analyze data
Stay current on campus hiring trends and GenAI adoption in recruiting
Requirements
Bachelor’s /master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5–7 years of total recruiting experience, with minimum 3+ years in campus / early careers tech hiring
Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and assessment models in campus recruiting
Proven experience managing large scale campus hiring programs end to end
Exposure to GenAI tools in recruiting
Familiarity with ATS platforms, university databases, and digital recruiting tools
Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, marketing, and employer branding capabilities
Creative, solution oriented mindset
Strong data orientation with the ability to interpret hiring metrics and trends
