Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Should have 8+ years of experience as a seasoned Recruiter with a solid understanding of GTM (Go-to-market) roles and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
