About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner enhancing recruitment strategies at global fashion accessory company. Guiding hiring processes from candidate sourcing to decision-making with a focus on teamwork and flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process — from precise job clarification and target-group-oriented job postings to informed hiring decisions.
  • Use structured, diagnostic interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, potential, and cultural fit.
  • Provide strategic advisory to hiring managers on job requirements, sourcing strategies, and selection decisions — always aligned with our job architecture and skill and competency frameworks.
  • Analyze talent markets, target groups, and competitors to derive data-driven recommendations for our recruiting strategies.
  • Drive your activities based on KPIs and contribute market and recruiting insights to continuously improve our talent acquisition activities.

Requirements

  • University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources) or an equivalent qualification — alternatively a commercial apprenticeship with an HR focus and substantial recruiting experience.
  • Several years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including independently managing end-to-end processes and partnering with hiring managers.
  • Confident interviewing and diagnostic skills: structured interview technique and solid assessment of competencies and potential.
  • Strong advisory and stakeholder management skills combined with a good understanding of talent markets and target groups, and ideally experience with job architectures and competency models.
  • Proficient with recruiting KPIs and modern HR tools; very good German and good English skills.
