About the role

  • Vice President of Recruitment leading a high-performing recruitment organization within the healthcare staffing industry. Driving performance and ensuring an exceptional experience for clinicians and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build, coach, and elevate a team of 15–20 recruiters, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous growth
  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance outcomes, ensuring recruitment activity aligns with revenue and margin goals
  • Ensure best-in-class customer service standards for both clinicians and clients
  • Guide negotiation strategies that balance clinician satisfaction with organizational margin objectives
  • Partner with senior leadership on compensation models, processes, technology enhancements, and talent development
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement best practices across the recruitment function

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience within the healthcare staffing industry
  • 3–5 years leading diverse sales and/or recruitment teams
  • Experience working within a Salesforce ATS
  • Proven ability to drive consistent financial results
  • Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strategic mindset with execution focus
