Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
Deep understanding of modern sales processes, CRM systems and outreach strategies
Strong communication skills combined with analytical thinking and strategic vision
Confident personality with high self-motivation and a leadership mindset
Experience working with KPIs and data-driven sales optimization
Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and inspiring others
