Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of seven outbound SDRs across the EMEA region
Spend a significant portion of your time coaching — on calls, in role-plays, in deal reviews, and in structured 1:1s
Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and genuine career progression
Define and execute the outbound strategy for your EMEA team
Work closely with Marketing and Field Marketing to align on campaigns
Monitor, analyse, and act on team performance data
Manage the operational rhythm of the team
Partner with EMEA Sales leadership to align territory strategy
Requirements
Substantial experience in an SDR or Sales Development Management role
A genuine passion for coaching and developing people
Deep understanding of outbound sales development
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to native-level English standard
Proven ability to use data and performance metrics to drive coaching decisions
Experience working in an international, fast-paced SaaS or technology business
Proficiency with Salesforce and Salesloft (or equivalent sales engagement platforms)
