Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of professional experience with demonstrated progression in responsibility and impact
- 5+ years of hands-on supply chain experience, preferably within pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing environments
- 3+ years of experience working with supply chain planning tools and systems (e.g., SAP, advanced planning systems)
- Proven track record in driving process improvements and managing change initiatives in complex organizational settings
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and technology to inform strategic decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse, global teams
- Experience in sustainability initiatives and understanding of environmental impact reduction in supply chain operations is highly valued.
