Responsibilities
Act as a strategic business partner and serve as the primary point of contact for selected leaders, participating as a member of their leadership team meetings.
Represent HR by challenging assumptions, providing guidance and coaching on HR-related matters, including key people processes, and ensuring successful adoption of global people concepts.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent aligned with business needs, working closely with Regional Talent Acquisition Partners.
Support leaders in developing their organization and leadership teams (facilitating sessions with selected leadership teams and partnering with Learning, Leadership & Culture).
Facilitate a robust talent management process to nurture successor candidates.
Support leaders with organizational design, implementation planning, and change facilitation.
Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change and cultural transformation.
Deliver clear, concise communication and guidance to ensure aligned and efficient approaches across Novonesis.
Requirements
Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar, with a track record of providing strategic HR support
Strong ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Global perspective with the ability to navigate cultural differences and adapt to changing business needs
Analytical skills, leveraging data, metrics, and HR insights to make informed decisions
Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
