Account Executive generating revenue and expanding business for Notion in Asia Pacific. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing sales cycles across APAC region.
Responsibilities
Help launch a once-in-a-generation company in Asia Pacific.
Help scale out the fastest growing team in APAC by landing and expanding new accounts in our Mid-Market segment (500-3,000 employees)
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation, closing, and renewing deals across APAC.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures to secure profitable deals.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to deliver exceptional value to clients.
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably at a fast-growing software company
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
A net-new business mindset and comfort with greenfield out-bounding & land motion
Natural tendency to move with speed and velocity
Experience in complex consultative solution sales and consistently closing large figure deals
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
A builder mentality who thrives in collaborative & quickly evolving environments
A deep understanding of our customers business objectives and challenges
Self-motivated and able to manage tasks and projects independently
Ability to operate within the grey and find creative or out-of-the-box solutions when faced with ambiguity
