  • Online D2C Sales Specialist at Nordic Knots driving sales through expert client consultation and operational flow management in Scandinavian interior design.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and provide expert client consultation
  • Ensure efficient, end-to-end operational flow
  • Initiate personalized communication with top-tier segment to drive repeat sales
  • Develop a portfolio of high-value residential and 'Independent' archetypes
  • Identify potential delivery or production delays and provide proactive resolutions
  • Guide online clients through awareness and evaluation stages
  • Provide high-level assistance to the Ecommerce & CX Specialist during extreme volume spikes.
