Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, rollout, or evolution of Oracle Retail solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and the defined architecture.
Conduct requirements gathering, AS-IS/TO-BE process analysis, and functional design.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, mappings, and business process flows.
Configure Oracle Retail modules according to client requirements, ensuring quality and traceability.
Support integrated testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, go-live activities, and stabilization.
Serve as a specialist in one or more modules, for example: Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Oracle Retail Pricing/Promotions, Oracle Retail Inventory Management (SIM), and others.
Requirements
Solid experience (typically 5+ years) with Oracle Retail in the retail sector.
Proven track record in implementation and support projects, with end-to-end involvement.
Strong knowledge of retail processes: purchasing/procurement, pricing, inventory, tax/compliance, sales, replenishment, logistics, and POS.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional Oracle Retail solutions.
Experience with functional documentation, testing, and go-live support.
Good communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Intermediate to advanced English for working with documentation and global teams.
