Responsibilities
Act as the bridge between the strategic brief for Digital Marketing Programs from HQ and the creative agencies
Act as the main point of contact for the brand, ensuring agencies’ outputs are in line with Nespresso's guidelines
Ensure the timely delivery of final creative assets for trigger-based programs
Advocates the implementation and usage of the Nestlé Content Operating Models (Content Services & Content Studios) and Global Solutions (e.g., Content Hub and integrated tools)
Coordinate with the agency to facilitate smooth delivery of assets, managing the back-and-forth process based on agreed creative review rounds
Creates and distributes regular performance reports/best practices outline that offer insights & recommendations
Manages and aligns with several stakeholders and must be able to drive change management and execute HQ agenda with agencies, Localization Partners and Markets
Requirements
3 to 5 years in digital marketing /eBusiness working with Global brands
Good knowledge of Digital Marketing and brand marketing
Experience with CRM Brand Campaigns is a must
Proficient English writing, reading, speaking
Proven change management experience
Excellent communication skills
