Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote GMI’s professional training programs to corporate clients and executives.
Manage and optimize advanced digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns) with a strong focus on **B2B lead generation** and corporate client acquisition.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance to deliver clear data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness, scaling efforts and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Support the planning and execution of specialized events, webinars, and thought leadership forums aimed at **C-suite and senior decision-makers.**
Identify and build partnerships with corporate clients, industry associations, and key stakeholders to expand GMI’s network and reach.
Act as a strategic partner to the Training Division by aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives and growth targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of **5 years of experience** in marketing, preferably in the **training, education, or professional services** sectors.
Proven experience in **B2B marketing** and dealing with **corporate clients or senior professionals**.
Excellent command of **English and Arabic** (spoken and written).
Strong understanding of **digital marketing tools and analytics platforms** (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Creative thinker with high attention to detail, brand positioning, and visual identity.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with **content marketing, CRM systems, and lead generation** strategies is a plus.
