About the role

• Operations Intern supporting operational readiness for energy trading platform. Involves process organization, compliance monitoring, and operational improvements in a dynamic team setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of operational readiness for trading and post-trade functions.
• Organize processes, track deliverables, update metrics, and consolidate evidence and documentation.
• Contribute to testing in non-production environments, run end-to-end simulations, review procedures and checklists, and prepare materials for audits/validations.
• Monitor, reconcile, handle and record incidents, track operational windows and deadlines, and drive continuous improvement of playbooks.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, comfortable working with spreadsheets and presentations.
• Enthusiasm for the capital markets, especially operational dynamics (trading and post-trade).
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
