Requirements
Degree in Tourism or a related field
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a travel agency or tour operator
Proficiency with airline booking systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus and/or Galileo
Strong customer service orientation, with friendliness and professionalism
Availability for night shifts and fixed night shifts
Fluency in Portuguese and English
