About the role
- Junior Recruitment Analyst responsible for end-to-end recruitment process in technology. Identifying talents and ensuring alignment with company culture and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, primarily for Technology roles
- Identify and evaluate talent that aligns with the culture and objectives of our company and/or client
- Review and screen resumes, identifying candidates with profiles suitable for the open positions
- Conduct competency-based interviews
- Administer technical tests for specific vacancies
- Keep candidate and process information organized for each vacancy
- Manage position SLAs
- Prepare evaluation reports recommending candidates for roles
- Build and maintain relationships with our internal clients
- Perform talent hunting to identify candidates in the market to fill positions.
Requirements
- Preferred: experience recruiting for Technology roles (DevOps Engineer, DevSecOps, Developer, Cloud Security Engineer, Artificial Intelligence, etc.)
- Experience with recruitment tools (Gupy, Recruiter and Excel at user level)
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
- Experience in an outsourcing company (staff allocation) and/or consulting firm.
