Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, primarily for Technology roles
Identify and evaluate talent that aligns with the culture and objectives of our company and/or client
Review and screen resumes, identifying candidates with profiles suitable for the open positions
Conduct competency-based interviews
Administer technical tests for specific vacancies
Keep candidate and process information organized for each vacancy
Manage position SLAs
Prepare evaluation reports recommending candidates for roles
Build and maintain relationships with our internal clients
Perform talent hunting to identify candidates in the market to fill positions.
