About the role
- Monitor and analyze operational indicators at Motiva to improve decision-making processes. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and accuracy in reports.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational indicators for the Service area, preparing reports in accordance with the Concession Agreement.
- Develop and improve reports and monitoring methods to support decision-making.
- Ensure submission of information and reports to the Granting Authority within established deadlines.
- Perform statistical analyses, traffic and revenue forecasting, and monitor costs and budget.
- Support damage billing processes, preparation of operational plans, official letters, and responses to regulatory bodies.
- Operate in accordance with Motiva's Golden Rules and safety and environmental standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma (completed).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP will be considered a plus.
