Outdoor Pest Control Sales Consultant at MosquitoNix Twin Cities East providing pest control solutions. Conducting consultations and building relationships with residential and commercial clients in the Twin Cities area.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-home and on-site consultations with residential and commercial prospects
Assess outdoor spaces and design custom automated misting system solutions
Present proposals for system installations, seasonal service plans, and maintenance contracts
Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, home shows, and community events
Follow up on inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns and digital leads
Build lasting relationships with customers to drive referrals and recurring revenue
Partner with installation crews to ensure seamless customer handoffs
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM software
Represent MosquitoNix at local trade shows, expos, and community events
Meet or exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets
Requirements
2+ years of outside or in-home sales experience
Comfort with technology — CRM, tablet-based proposals, apps
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
High integrity and customer-first mindset
Strong communication and presentation skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in pest control, lawn care, home services, or outdoor living industries
Familiarity with consultative or solution-based sales models
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
Existing network of homeowners, realtors, or property managers in the Twin Cities
Bilingual a plus
