Sales Executive responsible for closing accounts within Asian markets and developing new customer relationships in hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Must have success rate with closing accounts within the Asian markets.
Actively seeks out and develops new customers.
Must be able to acquire at least two new accounts per month that result in repetitive business.
Provides consistent interaction with existing customers.
Manages sales territory coverage to ensure level of customer contact required to support the business plan.
Maintains and builds account relationships.
Represents the Company at industry trade shows and conferences.
Adhere to and meet all required sales metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or 7 years minimum experience in a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding operational skills.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
Proven history of achieving quarterly sales targets.
Candidate must possess strong mathematical skills and ability to understand basic costing for all freight forwarding products including air/ocean/domestic trucking/import and export.
Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
