Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building our pipeline in the Italian market and hitting your revenue targets
Drive high-impact outbound prospecting campaigns through a multi-channel approach (phone,email, social selling) to identify and engage high-potential businesses.
Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospect challenges, qualify opportunities, and demonstrate the value of the Mollie solution.
Lead commercial and contractual negotiations from proposal to signature, converting qualified prospects into new Mollie customers.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Onboarding teams to refine our strategy and ensure the long-term success of your customers.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in full-cycle outbound sales, specifically within the Italian market and preferably in Payments and Saas Sales
A track record of hitting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
Mastery of multi-channel prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools like Salesforce/Hubspot, Bigmind, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Native fluency in Italian and professional English to effectively communicate with our diverse partners, and internal stakeholders.
