Requirements
- 5+ years in a Release Management, DevOps, or Senior Software Engineering role, with significant experience managing complex, multi-component releases.
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend complex technical architectures, software flows, and the interaction between components without needing to be the subject matter expert.
- Proficiency in Git, including advanced concepts like rebasing, merge strategies, tag management, and the implementation of flow models (e.g., GitFlow, Trunk-Based Development).
- Proficiency in Python is mandatory for automation and pipeline management.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence and align diverse teams. Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations, manage competing priorities, and drive cross-functional alignment.
