About the role
- Recruiter for Oliver Wyman's growing Data and Analytics team in India. Oversee campus and lateral recruitment processes ensuring effective communication and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end Campus and Lateral recruitment process for DNA including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection
- Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and advise on hiring strategies accordingly.
- Building candidate pipeline using various channels including direct sourcing efforts, direct applications, employee referral program
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract the best talent.
- Manage communications with candidates, acting as the ‘face of the company’ to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on campus recruitment for Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Analytics Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics roles
- Experience working in professional services or other client-driven multinational environments.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) – Workday is preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
