Responsibilities
New client acquisition: Identify and win new clients and projects for tailored software solutions in Switzerland.
Pipeline development: Systematically build and actively maintain a high-quality sales pipeline through structured lead generation, qualification (e.g., via MEDDPICC), and consistent follow-up of opportunities through to closing.
Consulting: Analyze potential clients' needs and provide advice on custom software development, cloud, data, and AI solutions.
Proposal management: Prepare proposals and handle tenders in close cooperation with management.
Networking & events: Build and maintain your network by attending meet-ups, client events, and trade shows.
Requirements
At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in IT consulting or custom software development.
Proven track record in new client acquisition with a focus on custom software, cloud, data, or AI solutions.
Strong sales and business development skills.
Experience with relevant platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc.).
Professional German (C1) and fluent English (B2).
