HR Coordinator responsible for administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding. Collaborating with the HR Business Partner Team in a global healthcare company.
Responsibilities
Primary point of contact for employees and managers on administrative HR matters
Independently manage all HR processes across the employee life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding
Draft and prepare employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documents
Prepare documentation for the works council
Maintain and update employee data in our HR systems
Manage all payroll-relevant data for internal payroll processing
Support the Head of Global HR with organizational matters and projects
Work closely with HR colleagues in day-to-day operations
Contribute to the improvement and simplification of existing HR processes
Proactively contribute in daily operations and identify organizational needs at an early stage
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or degree, e.g., in HR, business administration, or public administration
Experience in administrative HR work or a comparable coordinating role
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with HR systems (e.g., Personio, SAP) is a plus
Very good German and good English skills
Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
Proactive, positive personality with an eye for detail
Team player with a pragmatic, hands-on mentality
