About the role

  • Junior Product Marketing Manager optimizing funnels for Kodree, an EdTech platform. Collaborating with marketing and acquisition teams to enhance user engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate hypothesis backlog to optimize performance of existing web funnels.
  • Run A/B testing to improve key metrics (CR, LTV) and scale successful results.
  • Research new directions: user needs, pains, and motivations; and build new acquisition funnel end-to-end.
  • Analyze market and competitors for new growth opportunities.
  • Conduct users' interviews to better understand our persona and deliver value.
  • Work with key metrics: CR across all funnel steps, LTV/CAC, as well as overall marketing spend.
  • Work in close collaboration with Creative Marketing and User Acquisition.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience as a product marketing manager in the field of web funnels.
  • Hands-on experience in A/B testing and can connect hypothesis to business outcome.
  • Strong analytical mindset and know how to work with key marketing metrics (CR, CPA, AOV, LTV, ROI).
  • Experience with Amplitude, MixPannel or similar analytics tools.
  • See acquisition funnel as a holistic journey that starts from a creative and positive product experience (not just purchase).
  • Seek ownership and want to implement your vision end-to-end.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills.
  • English level is Upper Intermediate.
