Responsibilities
You perform maintenance on our hose and coupling systems (according to established quality standards)
You inspect and maintain systems on-site at our customers' locations.
You identify and resolve technical issues with a clear approach, minimizing downtime.
You document your work digitally, ensuring clear handovers and clean interfaces.
In close collaboration with our support and sales teams, you work together to find the best solutions.
Requirements
Completed technical vocational training, manual dexterity, and willingness to learn.
Some experience in maintenance, testing, and servicing is an advantage, but we will teach you everything you need to know.
Driving licence class B (important, as you will visit customers in a company service vehicle).
Enjoy traveling and be flexible to visit different locations and meet a variety of people.
Service- and customer-oriented — you enjoy being a point of contact (m/f/d) and finding solutions.
Team spirit and good communication skills.
