Responsibilities
Guide partners through the onboarding process, providing in-depth training to ensure a smooth and seamless experience with Conekta’s platform.
Act as a lifeline between the partners customer and Conekta to ensure account validation, complete due diligence and activation process.
Ensure that every account that goes through the onboarding process has its personalized risk, pricing and RevShare setup.
Collaborate with PSM, Merchant Performance, and other internal teams to ensure account affiliation with our banking partners to ensure maximum performance and cost efficiency.
Act as the voice of the partner, sharing feedback and insights with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in Conekta’s offerings.
Contribute to retention initiatives by ensuring partners are satisfied and see long-term value in Conekta’s solutions.
Assist PSM with highlighting key performance metrics and recommending actionable insights for optimization.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Strong interest in Customer Success, Partnerships, FinTech, or Payments ecosystems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support performance insights (Excel / Google Sheets proficiency preferred). Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) or eager to learn new systems and internal tools quickly.
Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
