Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage acquiring partners (banks, PSPs, processing platforms, payment facilitators)
- Own end-to-end partner relationships: negotiations, commercials, onboarding, and ongoing performance
- Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Operations teams to align partner requirements
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing models, and contractual frameworks
- Monitor partner KPIs, volumes, approval ratios, and operational efficiency
- Support market expansion by sourcing new acquiring routes and backup solutions
- Represent MADFIN in partner meetings, events, and industry conferences
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management within acquiring / payments / fintech
- Strong understanding of card acquiring, payment flows, schemes (Visa / Mastercard), and risk considerations
- Experience working with banks, PSPs, or payment processors
- Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with compliance and technical teams
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
