Responsibilities
Proactively source, headhunt, and attract top-tier talent, consistently building strong pipelines
Act as Lyrebird’s front face to the talent market, creating energy, belief, and momentum in early conversations
Engage candidates directly through thoughtful, high-quality outreach
Review and progress inbound applications quickly, ensuring strong candidates never get stuck
Lead early-stage hiring conversations and set a high bar for quality and alignment
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand priorities and talent needs
Keep candidates informed, respected, and excited throughout the process
Help deliver a best-in-class, transparent, human candidate experience
Requirements
2–4 years’ experience in recruitment or talent sourcing (agency, in-house, or both)
