Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of account strategies.

Ensure account profitability while maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of customer businesses, strategies, and key decision-makers.
Track customer performance, financial health, and market positioning.
Leverage market intelligence and competitor insights to shape proactive proposals.
Drive upselling, cross-selling, and new opportunities that increase revenue and margins.
Negotiate agreements that protect company profitability while creating client value.
Monitor account KPIs and implement proactive corrective actions.
Build trusted relationships at senior levels of client organizations.
Position the company as a proactive, solutions-driven partner.
Lead business reviews and present actionable insights backed by data.
Direct internal teams to execute account strategies effectively.
Share customer insights with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Brand Managers to align strategies.
Prioritize feedback that supports company growth and profitability.
Requirements
Thai Nationality
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management
Proven experience managing national and/or regional chain retailers
Prior background in Beauty, Fragrance, Skincare, or Luxury Retail is highly preferred
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Hands-on experience in Joint Business Planning (JBP)
Strong communication skills in Thai and good command of Business English
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
