About the role
- People & Culture Business Partner shaping HR strategy for Lush's Retail arm in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. Leading HR professionals and enhancing people culture practices.
Responsibilities
- Partner with people managers to coach and consult on all things people and team related including but not limited to recruitment, employee and industrial relations and succession planning.
- Build productive relationships with people leaders to understand their strategic business objectives, challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Provide accurate advice on HR and ER/IR matters, including awards, legislation, policy, and procedures.
- Lead and oversee the day to day operations of the Retail People & Culture team to optimise performance and increase productivity.
Requirements
- You'll have a well-rounded generalist skill set. You'll have experience in culture and engagement, organisational design and leadership and capability development.
- You're a collaborator and can influence. You will be able to influence, and coach leaders and have experience developing and leading organisational change initiatives.
- You're a creative problem-solver. You are curious about people and organisational issues that help you drive creative solutions.
- You're adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity. You'll be able to manage competing priorities and pivot based on the organisation's changing needs.
- You will bring expertise in industrial and employee relations. You will be comfortable taking part in leading the negotiating of enterprise agreements.
