Requirements
Experience in recruiting, including applicant pre-screening, screening and interview coordination
Basic knowledge of labor law and contract administration
Experience with onboarding and offboarding
Knowledge of personnel development / training management
Confident user of HR tools and office software (Personio preferred)
Structured, proactive, communicative and trustworthy
Team player with a hands-on mentality and the ability to handle a high workload
