About the role

Responsibilities
- Independently manage tenders and implement new WMS projects from planning through evaluation
- Analyze processes, define requirements, and continuously develop the warehouse management system
- Plan, manage, and control WMS projects with a focus on timelines, resources, and target achievement
- Coordinate between logistics teams and software partners and ensure smooth information flow
- Leverage data analysis to improve workflows and develop innovative solutions for greater efficiency and quality
- Serve as a point of contact and advisor for management and clients on all WMS-related matters
Requirements
- At least 2 years of solid professional experience as an IT project manager/associate in the WMS field—ideally within logistics service providers
- Completed vocational training (e.g., freight forwarding and logistics services clerk) or a similar qualification is an advantage
- Knowledge of logistics and an understanding of the interaction between operational processes—especially logistics and warehouse processes—and system support
- Experience in analyzing, optimizing, and implementing warehouse management systems
- Experience with databases and writing SQL queries is desirable
- Experience with LFS V8 (Ehrhardt + Partner) WMS is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, initiative, and team spirit
