About the role
- Portfolio Manager managing strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagements at iA Financial Group. Ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and enhancing overall portfolio performance.
Responsibilities
- Support and advise managers in business cases and initiative planning
- Participate in strategic prioritization and develop portfolio roadmap
- Orchestrate portfolio management activities and monitor project execution
- Provide reliable visibility into portfolio data for reporting and decision-making
- Promote accountability for benefits realization and budgeting processes
- Ensure portfolio compliance with GPMO standards and data integrity
- Collaborate closely with portfolio stakeholders and resolve conflicts
- Represent GPMO in governance forums and promote learning organization
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in portfolio management
- Expertise in project and portfolio management
- Strong understanding of financial services and insurance industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and prioritization skills
- Ability to advise key stakeholders and senior management
- Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks and product management (an asset)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken
