Responsibilities
You will work closely with the founding team and actively help shape the further development of our sales structures
First contact by phone with strategically selected B2B customers in the DACH region
Independent lead research, qualification of prospects and appointment setting
Documentation of all activities in the CRM system
Preparation and follow-up of meetings, webinars and events
Close collaboration with Marketing and the management team
Requirements
Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field
Native-level German and good command of English
Confident phone manner and strong communication skills — whether on calls, by email or via LinkedIn
Genuine interest in AI and technology — no expert knowledge required, but curiosity is essential
Persistence, self-initiative and composure when handling rejections
Initial experience with sales, marketing or customer-facing roles (internship, part-time job, own project) is a plus
Experience with AI agents or prompting
Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
