Business Development Intern responsible for prospecting strategies and client engagement in the Spanish market. Collaborating with Account Executives to transfer leads effectively and conducting market research.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute prospecting strategies (outbound) to generate business opportunities.
Conduct targeted market research based on the company strategy (ICP, Value Selling, Focus Account Strategy).
Identify and qualify prospects according to defined criteria.
Schedule and lead discovery meetings.
Understand prospects' needs and challenges.
Demonstrate the added value of our services.
Participate in initial customer demos with the Account Executive (AE) to enhance the sales pitch.
Ensure smooth and effective lead transfer to AEs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Fluent in Spanish and English, French is a plus.
At least 6 months of experience in a similar role (internship, apprenticeship, or first job).
Customer-facing experience and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
Active listening and proactive mindset.
Ambitious, resilient, and goal-oriented.
Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in building relationships.
