Requirements
7+ years of progressive and successful solution selling and account management experience
Familiarity with solution selling methodology such as Sandler
Change management experience
Ability to influence teams and maintain a high-performance culture
Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels
Passion for digitization and technology
Experience in building and promoting strong customer relationships
Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
Capability to design and implement a strategic sales plan
Conduct financial analysis for decision making
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a comparable industry
