Responsibilities
You conduct training sessions and workshops for the software in use and advise users and customers
You take full responsibility for project management from planning through implementation, including schedule and resource control
You are responsible for creating, maintaining and tracking project plans as well as reporting and progress documentation
You support user support in handling software-related inquiries
You work closely with the sales team
Requirements
Completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality desirable
Relevant experience as a trainer and/or working with inventory management systems required
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel essential
Fluent German language skills required
Excellent ability to convey knowledge is essential
Strong communication skills when addressing groups required
