Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree within business, finance, accounting, or public administration, or education is required
- MBA/MPA desirable but not a requirement
- A minimum of eight (8) years experience in progressive related consulting experience, including (3) years within the municipal space
- Knowledge of public sector operations broadly, specific knowledge or experience in a public sector setting - state or local government, public utility, transit, or K-12 schools
- Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) required
- Broad understanding of management and risk consulting concerns including business process efficiency, internal controls, technology and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, finance/accounting/human resource/information technology/etc. business functions.
- Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties
- Strong understanding of the professional services industry and ability to develop deliver on a business plan for a team of consultants.
