About the role

• Senior Manager supporting Hyatt’s global capital markets strategy, including debt and equity transactions. Collaborating with Treasury and Finance teams to optimize liquidity and enhance forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of capital markets activities, including debt issuances, credit facility management, and share repurchase programs
• Monitor covenant compliance, liquidity metrics, and debt capacity
• Coordinate with relationship banks, rating agencies, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders during financing transactions
• Assist with due diligence and documentation review for financing transactions
• Maintain and enhance capital markets models, including interest expense forecasts, maturity schedules, and refinancing analyses
• Monitor rating agency methodologies, peer activity, and industry benchmarks
• Lead development and maintenance of the Company’s long-term cash forecast to support capital allocation, debt capacity planning, and liquidity strategy
• Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Regional Finance teams, and other stakeholders to consolidate operating, investing, and financing cash flow projections
• Model long-term liquidity scenarios, including stress cases, sensitivity analyses, and refinancing assumptions
• Evaluate cash availability to support strategic investments, capital returns, and balance sheet objectives
• Validate foreign exchange rates used for reporting and provide FX forecasts to support Company-wide planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in hospitality, corporate treasury, or capital markets at a public company
• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, debt capital markets, credit ratings, and financial statement analysis
• Experience with Hyperion or comparable enterprise planning systems
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot and/or ChatGPT to enhance analysis, forecasting, and reporting efficiency
