Client and Proposition Development Manager reporting to Head of Workplace Pensions. Responsible for leadership and maintenance of client relationships in corporate pensions across public and private sectors.
Responsibilities
Manage specific set of existing clients through remote and face to face interactions
Proactively retain clients by developing strong relationships at organisational leadership level
Provide Clients with an exceptional experience of M&G
Manage scheme and client relationships through regular dialogue
Represent the customer in all interactions both internally and externally
Develop Workplace Pensions proposition to meet changing requirements
Requirements
Significant client management and propositional experience in workplace pensions
Outstanding relationship skills and ability to manage challenging conversations
Developed knowledge of pensions industry best practice and strong understanding of workplace pensions products
Strong knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislative frameworks
Material experience in a face to face client role at a senior (board) level
Excellent collaboration and presentation skills
Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.com
