Responsibilities
- You are responsible for executing personnel cost accounting/payroll in compliance with relevant company, labor, and social insurance regulations.
- You provide specialist support for digital time management processes related to working time recording and work with real-time data.
- You advise and support our employees on all income tax and social insurance matters.
- You handle correspondence and communication with health insurance funds, social security agencies, and other authorities.
- You are the first point of contact for employees regarding the company ticket.
- You process administrative tasks related to pre- and post-payroll activities.
- You are responsible for generating reports.
- You oversee and perform quality control of performance-based compensation.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualifications.
- Relevant experience in payroll processing — ideally in the public sector.
- Good knowledge of tax and social insurance law, as well as TVöD Bund (collective agreement for public service) and vacation law.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Team player, flexible, and a high level of discretion.
