Responsibilities
Assist with ongoing financial accounting across all areas in accordance with national and international regulations
Customer invoicing and order processing
Open item management (accounts receivable/payable)
Preparation of and support for monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings

Prepare financial reports and KPI analyses for management
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Contribute to cash flow planning and liquidity management

Support monthly payroll processing
Maintain payroll-related data and coordinate with external service providers
Ensure compliance with statutory tax and social security regulations
Prepare reports and filings for authorities
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration with a focus on Finance/Accounting
Several years of experience in financial accounting and solid knowledge of accounting principles
Proficient with common ERP/financial systems
Experience in payroll processing (from basic to advanced)
Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
