Responsibilities
Management and administration of the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding
Drafting employment contracts and HR documents in collaboration with the Shared Service Center
Independently execute payroll processing and, prospectively, oversee an external payroll service provider
Advise employees and managers on employment, collective bargaining and social security law matters
Administer company pension schemes
Serve as point of contact for health insurance providers, authorities and external organizations and support during audits
Support year-end activities (e.g., statutory filings, provisions) and prepare reports
Assist with recruiting and participate in HR projects (e.g., payroll outsourcing)
Requirements
Completed commercial or equivalent qualification with an HR focus (minimum 3 years' experience)
Several years of experience in HR administration and payroll processing
Experience with HR systems such as P&I Loga and/or SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
Knowledge of collective bargaining law (ideally in the metal industry in Lower Saxony) is a plus
