Responsibilities
- Continuous development of the product with the needs of tomorrow’s customers in mind
- Serve as a subject-matter leader and sparring partner for Development, UX, Marketing, and Customer Support
- Prioritize and manage the roadmap, set objectives, and make related decisions
- Maintain an overview of current projects and drive optimization of existing features as well as the introduction of new ones
- Manage the implementation of projects across all areas
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in product development at a software company
- Experience in functional/technical leadership
- Strong execution skills; goal- and customer-oriented
- Quick comprehension and excellent communication skills
- Experience working in agile environments with Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent written and spoken German
