Responsibilities
Independently handle monthly payroll processing, including maintaining payroll-relevant data
Prepare payroll data (master data, absences, allowances, bonuses, benefits)
Process and prepare certificates, attestations, reports and other documents
Support maintenance and administration of the time tracking system (ATOSS)
Provide general administrative support
Participate in HR projects
Coordinate closely with the Senior HR Business Partner at the Cologne site and collaborate with the HR team in Baden-Württemberg
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in payroll and payroll-related topics (social security and tax law)
Experience in HR administration / personnel administration
Confident user of MS Office and good knowledge of HR systems (ideally SAGE, ATOSS and/or Personio)
Structured, meticulous and reliable working style
Team player with an enjoyment of administrative tasks
