Responsibilities
Qualifier les leads entrants (100 % inbound), comprendre leurs besoins et détecter les opportunités à fort potentiel
Conduire des RDV de présentation impactants : présenter nos formations avec conviction, lever les objections et orienter chaque prospect vers le financement adapté (CPF, AIF, etc.)
Piloter le process commercial de A à Z : qualification → relance → suivi → closing
Collaborer avec les équipes LegalPlace pour offrir une expérience client fluide et premium
Remonter les insights terrain pour faire évoluer nos offres, argumentaires et process de vente
Requirements
Première expérience réussie en vente (start-up, scale-up ou formation)
Fibre commerciale : convaincre, performer et délivrer une expérience irréprochable
Excellent relationnel et capacité à créer un lien authentique avec chaque prospect
Rigueur et organisation : tu maîtrises ton pipe et sais prioriser pour atteindre tes objectifs
Attirance pour l’entrepreneuriat et l’écosystème start-up / formation
Expérience dans la vente de formations financées (CPF, AIF, OPCO) ou secteur EdTech (bonus)
