About the role
- Marketing Executive responsible for executing marketing strategies for a Tax & Legal company. Involves content creation, campaign monitoring, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans
- Create fresh and original content for campaigns, newsletters, social media posts, press releases, and client communications
- Monitor advertised campaigns across relevant platforms
- Collaborate with external stakeholders on design, PR, and other marketing requirements
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing activities, providing regular reports and refining strategies to improve results
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure marketing goals are aligned with business objectives
- Keep the client database up to date
- Identify and attend industry conferences, events, and corporate forums
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of events, including post-event follow-ups
- Liaise with legal entities as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within law, finance, or consulting firms in Malta
- Fluency in English at C2/Native level, both written and spoken
- Proven experience executing successful digital and social media campaigns
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, and email marketing software
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills
