Responsibilities
Developing and executing business plans to drive utilization in existing NeuWave Medical Accounts
Recruiting new users and educating referring physicians
Executing training of physicians and staff
Managing account relationships to achieve consistent and profitable sales revenue
Building value creation to strengthen relationships and protect from competitors
Responsible for service agreement contracts
Developing professional education events tailored to each market
Providing technical consultation to physicians in procedure rooms
Overseeing implementation and account development processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of relevant Medical Device/Healthcare and/or Business-to-Business sales experience
Strong proven medical device sales track record with documented growth and achievements
Demonstrated success in previous sales roles, indicating a high level of sales performance, influence and selling skills
Capital Equipment experience
Market development or product launch experience
Strong business acumen, including C-Suite customer experience
